1. Delivery Address Protocol Each individual order shall be delivered to a singular address as designated by the Customer at the point of payment. Requests to ship individual products within the same order to multiple addresses shall not be entertained. In such instances, separate orders must be placed for each desired delivery destination.
2. Order Processing Timeline Order processing operations shall be conducted from Monday through Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays shall be processed on the subsequent working day. A general processing period of twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours is applicable to all orders.
3. Delivery Timeline and Conditions Intra-city deliveries within Bengaluru shall be completed within twenty-four (24) hours of order confirmation. Pan-India deliveries shall be fulfilled within a period ranging from three (3) to seven (7) business days, contingent upon courier network efficiency and logistical
considerations.

4. Order Cancellation and Eligibility Order cancellations shall be accepted solely prior to shipment. An order shall be deemed to be shipped upon issuance of a dispatch confirmation email to the Customer’s registered email address. Any request for cancellation post-dispatch shall be declined categorically.
Customers desirous of cancelling a pre-shipment order may send a formal request to
info@strworks.in or initiate a message via WhatsApp to +91 9930777800. Upon successful verification and processing of the cancellation request, a full refund shall be initiated to the Customer’s original mode of payment within a maximum period of seven (7) working days.
5. Shipping Fees All orders valued at or above INR 1 (Indian Rupee One) shall qualify for complimentary shipping.
6. Limitation of Liability While STR Works India endeavors to dispatch all orders within the prescribed timelines, we shall not be responsible for any unanticipated delays occasioned by our courier partners. Customers are advised to reach out to our support team should any undue delay be experienced.
